About Me

AUGUST CRAFT: Media Relations Specialist III I would like to share some personal insights about the experiences and influences that have shaped me. My intention is to introduce myself. "Leading others effectively requires the ability to lead oneself." I personally agree with this quote. To support my reasoning and/or examples from my own experience, observations, and research, I will start from the beginning. Hitherto, I will write a simplified biography. I was born in Newport Beach, California on August, Ninth, Nineteen Eighty at Hoag Hospital. I grew up surfing, and skate boarding at the Southern California Beaches. For an eight year time span, I resided in Bend, Oregon for approximately half of the year,where I enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, caving, and climbing Ponderosa Pine Trees. I attended Central Oregon Community College as an eight year old boy. I was placed in talented and gifted classes. I was heavily involved with a Community Youth Leadership Groups. I also attended an exclusive Animation Institute. I starred in the production of many community plays and musical performances. I was a performing artist as a very young boy. In my teen age years, I was apart of a championship football team. I attended The School of Performing Arts & Broadcasting, Huntington Beach High School, and Edison High School. I was voted 'homecoming king nomination'. The World Organization of the Scout Movement is officially known in the United States of America as The Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America. I achieved an Eagle Scout Award, as well as an Honorary member of the prestigious life council; Order of the Arrow. I was an accretion member of the Model United Nations. I was responsible for analyzing , writing, submitting, and executing policies and resolutions to real World issues and achieved many awards. I am musically inclined, and play several instruments and digital music interfaces. I performed at several community city counsel gatherings, and social events. I am very comfortable with public/motivational speaking. My Grandfather, Floyd j. Craft, worked as a telemetry and logistics specialist for the Gemini, Mercury, and Apollo Missions. My distant relatives Griffith and Alice Craft were onboard the Winthrop fleet 1630. I have always been fascinated with computer science and exploration. It is in my DNA. I continued my education at Golden West College majoring in Anthropology and Geology. I was on the College Surf Team and the Football team. I maintained a 3.8 GPA.I was a very popular personal fitness trainer. I also was employed full time with the National Work Studies Educational Program. I was commissioned to pave the foundations of the California Native Garden, and constructed the paths and river rock benches within. I personally planted rose plants around the campus. I attended University of Southern California and was granted a full Athletic and Scholastic Scholarship to University of Southern California's satellite campus; Chapman University, majoring in Business. I differed to an Independent Scholar Program in Las Vegas, Nevada. I established my self as an Artist. I traveled around the world, studying Geophysics, Geography, and Anthropology; focusing on Archeology, and Ethnography. Currently I am commissioned to do a 'Statue of Liberty art project for the United States Department of Homeland Security's Government Building in Los Angeles California. I have recently founded a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization identified by the name: NATIVE EARTHLING. The Mission Statement reads as follows. "Dedicated to Future Technology focusing on Sustainable, Renewable Resources. Broadcasting Interactive Internet to increase knowledge and unify the global community." Hitherto, have always been exceptionally creative, innovative, and philosophical. I posses natural leadership skills. There are many reasons why I agree with the quote: "Leading others effectively requires the ability to lead oneself". Throughout my life I have been viewed as a natural leader to my peers and to my communities. I realize there are great responsibilities of being a role model. People will indeed follow my leadership. The honorable leadership positions such as, the Order of the Arrow , facilitated the life experience to lead others. Naturally possessing a tremendous amount of integrity, I conduct my self according to my own attributes. Others respect this fact and begin to conduct themselves accordingly. Hence, a leader must lead themselves also. I observe this behavior in all aspects of life, as well as historical records of various leaders that I have studied. CAREER GOALS AND OBJECTIVES STATEMENT: I know the Media Relations Specialist will enhance my career plans. I expect to bring innovation to the JPL/NASA programs; an accredited United Nations Organization, and a Screen Actor’s Guild Motion Picture / Multi Media Co. Implementing the wisdom of our professors and colleagues will also be an integral element to broadcasting media. I am confident that my experience during this program will perpetually stay with me. I have founded a 501(c)3 non-profit organization myself. I intent for this organization to perpetuate as a transparent, benevolent, and responsible entity. Recently I have founded Native Earthling Organization. The mission statement of the organization states "dedicated towards future technology focusing on sustainable renewable resources. Broadcasting interactive internet to increase knowledge and unify the Global Community." Constant conceptualization is advantageous to progress. The eupraxia of involving myself in the JPL/NASA programs and missions will be advantageous to myself and to others. My participation and continued involvement in the programs will enable learned applications to the Native Earthling Organization Networks. I personally have altruistically demonstrated justice and community service throughout my life. It is a challenge to realize and accept certain universal truths: certain individuals lack personal integrity and/or responsibility. Helping others to esoterically commit themselves to their world around and within themselves will be rewarding to all. Philosophically inspiring others will be the greatest challenge. This program and certifications herein, shall ensure personal growth and ensure my success throughout my life.Hitherto, I have accredited the entity: Native Earthling Organization into the United Nations, Native Earthling has incorporated with the United State of Nevada. Currently internal board members are natives to many Nations of Planet Earth. N.E.O.N broadcast is built upon Internet Telecommunications. Moreover, N.E.O.N. is a Motion Picture/Multi-Media Broadcasting Organization. Dedicated to future technology focusing on Sustainable Renewable Resources. Broadcasting interactive Internet to increase knowledge and unify the Global Community. Furthermore, fertilizing the prosperity and sustainability of our planet's natives. The application [ app ] debut has been nominated for 'Innovator of the Year 2013'Award'. the [ Neoncloud ] has been deployed "off the grid" via a Ford E-350 Recreational Vehicle. The innovative concept of My autobiographical Reality Game targets and includes all natives of Planet Earth. Spanning from Pop-Culture, Outdoor Enthusiasm, Sustainability, World Heritage, Education, and Top-Level interest. N.E.O. is inclusive to all Social Networks, and hence the acronym N.E.O.N. is applied. To promote and provide a Top-Level broadcast integrating creativity and curiosity. Social Networks upon the Internet has been my medium of creating a wondering "Tunnel" of interactive curiosity. QR codes, GPS technology, and segmented video and audio will educate User Interface and enrich Marketing, Advertising, and Development. The current NEON media is broadcast in segments; however, the Screen Actors Guild is affiliated with N.E.O.N. post production and remixes of content is in accordance to the OPPORTUNITY AWARENESS INITIATIVE; the preamble for Top Level Operatives, and will increase Agriculture, Eco-Tourism, Alternate Energy, and self Monetizing by way of the Internet. N.E.O.N. 501(C)(3) *several avatar Apps & mini-games are currently being developed. Furthermore, I am currently utilizing Microsoft’s Kinect to explore Mars.
